The Montessori Educational Method: Communication and Collaboration of Teachers with the Child

Montessori learning environments, described as prepared environment, allow children to choose their work freely and construct own learning. Because the child is in center roles of teacher differ from teachers traditional schools, direction communication collaboration between determined accordingly. This study aims at examining practices with child. A phenomenological approach was adopted study. Purposive snowball sampling employed identify 12 preschool teachers. focus group interview semi-structured interviews were used obtain data. The obtained data transcribed analyzed through content analysis method. findings examined under three main themes, which are “the child”, child” difficulties face child”. showed that teachers’ based on respect for When communicating child, a guidance role.
